旅游公共服务水平评价是一种在多标准衡量下做出的综合判断。本文提出评价旅游公共服务水平的四个衡量标准,即:"公平""效率""效力"及"可持续"标准,并且明确界定了四标准在旅游语境下的含义,这种探索是构建公平的、高效的、可持续的旅游公共服务评价体系的重要内容。

The evaluation on tourism public services has a comprehensive criterion system.This paper presents a deep exploration on the evaluation criterion of public services in tourism context,set up fairness,effectiveness,efficiency and sustainability as 4 criteria and the meanings of 4 criteria in tourism context are defined definitely.under above research a supporting pith presents,which helps establishing a fair effective sustainable evaluation system on tourism public services.
