青海民族大学工商管理学院创新财会卓越人才管理和培养特色模式。以"党员1+6"活动为平台,发挥学生党员作用,解决教学管理存在的问题,取得成效。文章以调查法、观察法、实验法、经验总结法,分享"一名党员,一面旗帜"活动经验。阐述深化核心价值观为基础的"党员1+6"活动升级品牌,凸显财会卓越人才培养模式特色理念。提高学生政治思想和职业道德素养,达到加强基层党建、和谐稳定校园教学管理的目的。

The School of Business Administration of Qinghai University for Nationalities innovates the excellent talent management and training model for finance and accounting.With the“Party members 1+6”activities as a platform,the role of student party members was brought into play to solve problems in teaching management and achieve results.The article uses the investigation method,observation method,experiment method,and experience-summing-up method to share the experience of“one party member and one banner.”Explaining the“1+6”activities based on deepening core values to upgrade the brand and highlighting the characteristics of the accounting talent training model.Improve students'political ideology and professional ethics and accomplish the purpose of strengthening grass-roots party building,harmonious and stable campus teaching management.
