档案数据化之原生数据源全链式管理分析

Analysis for Whole Chain Management of Native Data Sources in Archive Digitization

本文针对数据时代档案管理面临的数字化和数据化认知问题和服务问题,基于链式管理理论和方法,提出了档案原生数据源全链式管理的数据化管理思路。在深入分析数字与数据、数字化与数据化、超链接与区块链、链式管理与生态链管理等相关概念的基础上,对链式管理理论引入的必要性进行了论证,给出原生数据源全链式网络化管理模式,并对档案原生数据源链式管理的本质、管理要素、管理网络、管理机制和管理流程进行了具体分析。最后,作为原生数据源全链式网络化管理的重要组成部分,提出档案数据化链式服务体系构建的基本构思。

As to the recognition and service problems of digitalization and datamation in Archives management during data age,based on the chain management theory and method,the paper proposed the data management idea of the native data sources full-chain management.On the basis of in-depth analysis of related concepts such as digital and data,digitalization and datamation,hyperlinks and block chain,chain management and ecological chain management,the necessity of the introduction of chain management theory was demonstrated,and the native data source fullchain network management mode was given,and then specific analysis of the management essence,management elements,management network,management mechanism and management process of the native data sources chain management.At last,as an important part of it,the basic idea of constructing the Archives data chain service framework was proposed.
