废麻活性炭去除水体中亚甲基蓝染料的性能研究

摘要 以废麻带为原材料制备出活性炭吸附剂,为了系统研究其对染料废水的吸附性能,以麻质活性炭(HAC)为吸附剂,亚甲基蓝染料(MB)为吸附质,探讨了HAC投加量、吸附质初始浓度及吸附时间、温度和初始pH值等对MB染料吸附的影响。结果表明,MB染料的吸附量与吸附剂初始浓度呈线性关系;吸附量随时间增加而增加,但在60 min能达到吸附平衡;pH值为12时HAC对MB染料的吸附效果最好;HAC对MB染料的吸附等温线符合Langmuir吸附等温模型,且服从准二级反应动力学方程。因此,麻质活性炭(HAC)是一种高效的吸附剂。 Activated carbon adsorbent is prepared by using waste linen as raw material.In order to systematically study its adsorption performance on dye wastewater,hemp activated carbon(HAC)was used as adsorbent and methylene blue dye(MB)as adsorbate.The dosage of HAC,initial concentration of adsorbate and adsorption time,temperature and initial pH were discussed.The effect of values on the adsorption of MB dyes.The results showed that the adsorption amount of MB dye was linear with the initial concentration of adsorbent;the adsorption amount increased with time,but the adsorption equilibrium could be achieved at 60 min;HAC had the best adsorption effect on MB dye when pH value was 12;HAC The adsorption isotherm of MB dye conforms to the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model and obeys the quasi-secondary reaction kinetics equation.Therefore,hemp activated carbon(HAC)is a highly efficient adsorbent.
