废电路板熔炼烟气脱酸废水的除氟研究

摘要 废电路板一般含有溴化阻燃剂、聚氯乙烯、聚四氟乙烯等有机物,在采用火法冶炼工艺进行处理时,通常会产生含氟化氢、氯化氢、溴化氢和溴等的酸性气体,需进行相应的脱酸处理。本文依托瑞林稀贵金属再生资源综合利用工程研究中心,以熔炼烟气碱液吸收装置产生的脱酸废水经"除氟-除钙-蒸发浓缩"处理获得有价值溴盐为目标,对除氟工艺进行了研究,提出了可行的两段除氟法。 Discarded printed circuit boards usually contain various organic compounds such as brominated flame retardants,polyvinyl chloride,polytetrafluoroethylene.During the process of pyrometallurgy treatment,acid gases such as hydrogen fluoride,hydrogen chloride,hydrogen bromideand bromine were generated,which need to be treated with specialized deacidification.Based on the comprehensive utilization technology of solid wastes developed by Nerin Precious Metals Research Institution,the deacidification wastewater from lye absorption device for smeltingfume treatment was disposed to obtain the valuable bromine salt through a defluorination-calcium removal-evaporation and concentration process.In the present work,the defluorination process was detailedly investigated,and the feasible two-stage defluorination method was proposed.
