摘要
应用手持式X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)和原子荧光光谱法分别对土壤样品中的重金属砷含量进行测定,随后对两种测定结果进行比对和分析。手持式X射线荧光光谱仪测定砷的检出限为5.600 mg/kg,原子荧光光谱法测定砷的检出限为0.336 mg/kg.在所选地区背景值范围内,两种测定方法的测定结果数据的一致性比较好,手持式X射线荧光光谱仪分析速度快、可以现场无损快速检测,其间不需要进行消解制样和复杂的前处理。
Hand-held X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF)and atomic fluorescence spectrometry were used to determine the content of heavy metal arsenic in soil samples,and then the two determination results were compared and analyzed.The detection limit of arsenic by hand-held X-ray fluorescence spectrometer was 5.600 mg/kg,and the detection limit of arsenic by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was 0.336 mg/kg.Within the background value range of the selected area,two methods were determined.The consistency of the measured data is relatively good.The handheld X-ray fluorescence spectrometer has a fast analysis speed and can be quickly and non-destructively detected in the field without the need for digestion and complex pre-processing.
