电子废物污染现状分析及其治理策略

Analysis of Current Status of Electronic Waste Pollution and Its Management Strategy

随着经济的发展,电子废物生成的数量越来越多,随之带来的电子废物污染日益严重。现在对电子废物的污染管控还不健全,在法律制度、回收体系管理以及政府调控方面都存在不足,急需进行治理。为此,本文分析了电子废物的处置方式和管理方式,旨在构建相关法律制度,创设循环利用系统。

With the development of the economy,the amount of e-waste generated is increasing,and the resulting e-waste pollution is becoming more and more serious.At present,the control of pollution of e-waste is still not perfect,and there are deficiencies in the legal system,management of the recycling system,and government regulation,and there is an urgent need for governance.To this end,this paper analyzes the disposal methods and management methods of e-waste,aiming at constructing relevant legal systems and creating recycling systems.
