近年来,随着经济发展政策的持续深入,兵团经济与社会获得快速发展,同时环境和资源却遭到严重的破坏,能源环境和经济发展的矛盾日益突出。在此背景下,为了促进兵团经济与环境的和谐发展,做好环境保护和节能减排已经成为兵团面临的重要任务。本文主要分析了新形势下节能减排与环境保护的实施路径,希望给予建筑行业以参考和借鉴。

In recent years,with the continuous deepening of economic development policies,the economic and social development of the XPCC has developed rapidly,while the environment and resources have been severely damaged.The contradiction between energy environment and economic development has become increasingly prominent.In this context,in order to promote the harmonious development of the XPCC's economy and environment,environmental protection and energy conservation and emission reduction have become an important task facing the Corps.This paper mainly analyzes the implementation path of energy saving,emission reduction and environmental protection under the new situation,and hopes to give reference to the construction industry.
