电池行业品种繁多,铅蓄电池是发展历史最久的蓄电池种类,同样也是污染较严重的电池行业之一。为加快铅蓄电池行业企业产业布局和结构调整,促进企业向规模化、清洁化发展,国家出台了一系列法律法规以及技术要求。本文主要阐述了发达国家及我国铅蓄电池行业发展现状及趋势,用行业产值、产量数据分析了未来发展趋势,对行业生产工艺和污染防治的最新技术进行对比研究,给出了可行的污染防治改进技术方案。

There are many kinds of battery industry.Lead battery is the oldest type of battery,and it is also one of the most polluted battery industries.In order to accelerate the industrial layout and structural adjustment of enterprises in the leadbattery industry and promote the large-scale and clean development of enterprises,the state has issued a series of laws,regulations and technical requirements.This article mainly elaborated the development present situation and future trend of lead battery industry in the developed countries and China,and trend of future development was analyzed by using the data of industry output value and production.The comparative study was made on the latest technology of the industry production process and pollution prevention and control,and the feasible pollution prevention to improve technical solution is given.
