摘要 宁波某工业园为应对外排废水指标提升,对外排总氮提出了更高的要求。通过废水水质分析和实验室模拟,其确定了工艺路线,自主设计出生物脱氮深度处理系统。笔者详细介绍该生化脱氮系统的设计理念、工艺路线等,并根据前期运行经验对生物脱氮系统的日常运行关键影响因素进行分析,确定运行要点和日常控制重要指标。 In order to cope with the improvement of the discharge of wastewater,an industrial park in Ningbo put forward higher requirements for the discharge of total nitrogen.Through wastewater water quality analysis and laboratory simulation,it determines the process route and independently designs the biological nitrogen removal advanced treatment system.The author introduces in detail the design concept and process route of the biochemical nitrogen removal system,and analyzes the key influencing factors of the daily operation of the biological nitrogen removal system based on the previous operational experience,and determines the operational points and important indicators of daily control.
