基于技术市场视角的科技成果转化问题及对策研究——以安徽省为例

Research on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements from the perspective of technology market:a case of Anhui province

文章基于技术市场的视角,从交易规模、交易流向、交易形式、技术领域、交易主体等维度总结科技成果转化成效,分析了科技成果转化过程中面临的政策障碍、资源障碍和供给障碍,提出完善配套政策、强化创新资源集聚和加强服务能力建设的对策建议。

Based on the perspective of technology market,this paper summarizes the achievements in the scientific and technological achievements transform from the dimensions of transaction scale,transaction flow,transaction form,technology field and transaction subject,and analyzes the policy obstacles,resource barriers and supply barriers in the process of scientific and technological achievement transform,and it puts forward some suggestions includes improving the supporting policies,strengthening the innovative resources and service capacity building.
