关于省级公益事业单位公务出行保障与管理的思考

Thoughts on the guarantee and management of the official travel of provincial public welfare institutions

为进一步完善江苏省级公益事业单位公务出行保障渠道,在2018年江苏省事业单位公车改革的大背景下,大胆探索省级公益事业单位公务出行保障与管理。文章从公车改革前公务出行保障形式,到公车改革后出行方式改变,再到对未来公务出行保障方式与管理的思考,来分析省级公益事业单位开展公益服务活动公务出行交通保障的前期、现状及前景,为今后江苏省级公益事业单位在优化公务出行保障与管理上提供参考。

In the context of the reform on official-vehicle-using system of public institutions in Jiangsu in 2018,it is a necessity to further improve the official travel guarantee channels of provincial public welfare institutions in Jiangsu and explore guarantee and management of the official travel in provincial public welfare institutions.This paper analyzes the early stage,the present situation and the prospect of the official travel when the provincial welfare institutions conduct the public service activities by comparing the official travel guarantee form before the reform on official-vehicle-using system and the form after the reform,as well as the thoughts on the form and management of official travel in the future,so as to provide a reference for the optimization of official travel security and management of Jiangsu provincial public welfare institutions in the future.
