汾泉河航道整治工程助力临泉县精准脱贫

Research on Fenquan River waterway regulation project to help Linquan county to get rid of poverty accurately

为响应党中央精准扶贫相关政策,安徽省、阜阳市、临泉县政府通过"省市县"共建方式,共同实施汾泉河航道整治工程,着力打造"港口和航道建设",带动沿河周边经济带,发展航运业,促进企业经济的可持续发展,推动全国人口第二大的临泉县精准脱贫。文章针对汾泉河航道整治工程提出了主要措施,并分析了汾泉河航道整治工程对临泉县精准脱贫的重要意义。

In response to the Party Central Committee’s policy on the precision poverty alleviation,the governments of Anhui province,Fuyang city and Linquan county jointly implement the waterway improvement project of the Fenquan River through the“provincial,city and county”joint construction methods,and strive to build“ports and waterway construction”to drive along the river.In the surrounding economic belt,the development of the shipping industry promotes the sustainable development of the enterprise economy,and promotes the most outdated county in Linquan county.This paper puts forward the main measures for Fenquan River waterway regulation project,and analyzes the significance of Fenquan River waterway regulation project in Linquan county.
