我国省级公共图书馆利用捐赠文献的实践调查与分析

Practical Investigation and Analysis on the Utilization of Donated Documents in Provincial Public Libraries in China

文章通过访问网站、文献调查等方法收集整理我国31所省级公共图书馆利用捐赠文献的相关信息。对图书馆利用捐赠文献的规章制度、收藏范围、宣传渠道、接收管理和激励等方面调查分析后发现,省级公共图书馆在利用捐赠文献时尚存在规章制度制定不完善、收藏范围界定模糊、宣传工作重视不足、接收管理工作设计不够人性化以及激励制度欠缺等问题。针对这些问题提出了重视捐赠工作,完善规章制度;结合发展战略,明确收藏范围;强化宣传工作,扩大影响范围;践行体验设计,细化接收工作;完善激励制度,激发捐赠热情等措施。

Through Websites investigation and literature review,this article collects the information related to the utilization of donated documents in 31 provincial public libraries in China.With the investigation and analysis of the rules and regulations,the collection scope,the publicity channels,the reception management and motivation etc.,this article finds that the provincial public libraries are not perfect in making use of the donated documents.The problems are as follows:imperfect rules and regulations,vague definition of the collection scope,insufficient publicity channels,insufficient humanized management of reception and lack of incentive system.
