韧性城市研究的进程与展望

The Trend and Future Development of Research on Resilient City

近世纪来,自然灾害对城市造成的影响,使得韧性城市相关问题成为目前学术界关注的焦点之一。以1973—2016年中外文献作为主要研究对象,通过对韧性城市观念的形成和界定,分析相关研究的方向、方法与应用,目的在于梳理与研究框架与内容相关的问题,提供未来韧性城市研究课题和应用之参考。研究结果显示,关于韧性城市的研究方向和方法趋向多元化,并逐渐由理论探讨转向实际应用,但在整合性的韧性城市方面研究较少。未来宜针对多学科交叉的研究作更深入的探讨,使韧性城市的相关研究更好地落实到目前城市防灾与灾后重建等领域之课题。

The impact of natural disasters on cities in the recent decade has resulted in the research of resilient cities become one of the major research topics.It was the purpose of this study to examine the formulation and definition of the resilient city,to collect and analyze the online materials both in Chinese and international essays in 1973-2016 on their research directions,methodologies and applications,also to find out the problems of research framework and contents in order to make as reference for further study.It was found that the research direction and methods have become more and more diverse and towards practical operation from the theory study,but less integration of research from different academic fields was learnt.It was suggested that the advanced cooperative study and discussion among multidisciplinary fields can be made in order to enhance the research in-depth on resilient cities and give benefits to solve such problems as disaster prevention and reconstruction,etc.,of city in the near future.
