Blended library is a new development form of smart library.The exploration and practice of University of Konstanz Germany shows that its advanced human-computer interaction concept,technology system and physical design have brought new changes to the library service.And it effectively promotes smart library to a deeper innovation.It is conducive for the construction of domestic smart library to excavate and analyze the theoretic basis and practice features of blended library of University of Konstanz.
