The Reflections on the Construction of Digital Transmission Platform for Marine Intangible Cultural Heritage

采用数字化技术保护与传承传播海洋非物质文化遗产资源,是海洋非物质文化遗产资源可持续发展有效路径。以海洋非物质文化遗产资源丰赡的区域——浙江为例,提出海洋非物质文化遗产数字化传播的平台要素包括海洋非遗资源的采集、数据库的建设以及展示;同时应发挥政府为主导、建立融资管理和加强传播宣传等策略,管理与运营海洋非物质文化遗产资源平台。

The adoption of digital technology for the protection and transmission of marine intangible cultural heritage resources is an effective way of ensuring the sustainable development of marine intangible cultural heritage resources.The paper takes Zhejiang province,an area of rich marine intangible cultural heritage resources as an example.It puts forward the idea that the components of digital communication platform of marine intangible cultural heritage should include the collection of marine intangible cultural heritage resources and the construction and exhibition of databases.At the same time,the operation and management of marine intangible cultural heritage resources platform should give the play of governments,establish financing management and strengthen the publicizing efforts.
