柴胡温胆汤治疗痰湿型2型糖尿病患者临床疗效研究

Clinical effect of Chaihu Wendan decoction on Type 2 Diabetes of phlegm and dampness

目的研究与探讨柴胡温胆汤对于治疗痰湿型2型糖尿病的临床效果以及对于患者血糖、血红蛋白等的控制效果。方法从本院2015年8月~2017年3月期间内接收的痰湿型2型糖尿病患者中,随机抽取106例患者,将其分为观察组与对照组,每组53例。对照组患者接受常规治疗,指导患者服用药物并建立健康的饮食,观察组患者在对照组的基础上增加接受柴胡温胆汤治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的效果以及血糖、血红蛋白的含量。结果观察组患者治疗后效果显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后血糖、血红蛋白均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗过程中不良反应对比可知,观察组仅1例出现不良反应,而对照组则有9例患者出现不良反应,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴胡温胆汤对于治疗痰湿型2型糖尿病具有显著的临床效果,能够极大的降低患者的血糖以及血红蛋白,提高患者的痊愈率,具有较高的临床价值,可以在医学上推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Chaihu Wendan decoction in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus with phlegm dampness and its control effect on blood sugar and hemoglobin.Methods From August 2015 to March 2017,106 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with phlegm dampness were randomly selected and divided into observation group(n=53)and control group(n=53).The patients in the control group received routine treatment,guided the patients to take drugs and established a healthy diet,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Chaihu Wendan decoction on the basis of the control group.The effect of treatment and the content of blood sugar and hemoglobin were observed.Results The effect of the observation group treated with Chaihu Wendan decoction was significantly better than that of the control group,and the blood sugar and hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).According to the comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups,there was only one case in the observation group and 9 cases in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Wendan decoction has significant clinical effect in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus with phlegm dampness.It can greatly reduce the blood sugar and hemoglobin of the patients and improve the recovery rate of the patients.It has high clinical value and can be widely used in medicine.
