强化护理干预改善儿童弱视训练依从性的效果观察

Effect of intensive nursing intervention on improving children's compliance with amblyopia training

目的观察强化护理干预改善儿童弱视训练依从性的效果。方法选取2015年11月~2017年10月本院眼科收治的弱视患儿146例作为观察对象,按照随机偶数奇数法分为对照组和试验组,每组73例,其中对照组实施传统弱视综合,试验组实施弱视训练强化护理干预,比较两组治疗效果、治疗依从性。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组的治疗总有效率,组间比较差异统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗依从性明显高于对照组,组间比较差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化护理干预对提高儿童弱视的临床治疗效果和训练依从性具有重要作用,且可显著提升患者视力水平,值得在临床中广泛应用和进一步推广。

Objective To observe the effect of intensive nursing intervention to improve the compliance of children's amblyopia training.Methods 146 children with amblyopia treated in our department of Ophthalmology from November 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the subjects.According to the random even odd number method,the control group and the experimental group were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 73 cases in each group.The control group carried out the traditional amblyopia synthesis and the experimental group.Amblyopia training strengthened nursing intervention,compared two groups of treatment effect,treatment compliance.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment compliance of the experimental group was significant.The sex was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive nursing intervention plays an important role in improving the clinical treatment effect and training compliance of children with amblyopia,and can significantly improve the visual acuity of the patients.It is worthy of being widely used and popularized in clinical practice.
