超声检查在肘关节内侧副韧带损伤诊断中的价值

Value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of medial collateral ligament injury of elbow joint

目的分析在肘关节内侧副韧带损伤诊断中应用超声检查的价值。方法选取2016年7月~2017年1月期间本院收治的经临床诊断确诊为肘关节内侧副韧带损伤患者72例临床资料回顾性分析,所有患者均应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行检查,对检查结果进行分析。结果 72例肘关节内侧副韧带损伤患者,与健侧比较,有46例表现为韧带厚度增厚,有21例韧带表现为内部回声不均匀,有5例韧带声像图无明显异常,45例出现韧带不同程度撕裂,有34例出现肘(患侧)内侧肱尺骨间隙对侧增大,有6例出现尺骨冠突碎骨片,有12例出现肘内侧副韧带附着肱骨内上髁碎骨片,7例合并关节腔积液,17例合并屈肌总腱损伤患者。结论在肘关节内侧副韧带损伤诊断中应用超声检查,可以清晰的判断肘关节内侧副韧带损伤程度,是临床重要的辅助检查手段之一,具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of medial collateral ligament injury of elbow joint.Methods 72 of the patients with medial collateral ligament injury of the elbow joint,which were diagnosed in our hospital from July 2016 to January 2017,were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument and analyzed the results.Results 72 cases of medial collateral ligament injury in the elbow,compared with the healthy side,46 cases showed the thickening of the ligament thickness,21 cases with internal echo inhomogeneity,5 cases without obvious abnormality of the ligament sound image,45 cases with different ligaments tearing,34 cases of elbow(side)medial humeral ulna space contralateral enlargement,6 cases.There were 12 cases of the medial collateral ligament of the elbow attached to the medial epicondyle of the humerus,7 cases with joint cavity effusion and 17 cases of total flexor tendon injury.Conclusion The application of ultrasonic examination in the diagnosis of medial collateral ligament injury of the elbow joint can clearly determine the injury degree of the medial collateral ligament of the elbow joint.It is one of the important clinical auxiliary examination methods,which has important application value.
