分析静脉血和末梢血对血常规检验结果的影响

Analysis of the effect of venous blood and peripheral blood on blood test results

目的分析与探究静脉血和末梢血对血常规检验结果的影响。方法随机抽取于2015年10月~2017年10月期间进行血常规检验的200名受检对象,并将其分为实验组与对照组,每组100名。实验组进行静脉血检验,对照组进行末梢血检验,观察对比两组受检对象检验结果。结果两组受检对象红细胞、白细胞、红细胞比容、血小板、平均红细胞比容的检验结果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用血液分析仪进行血常规检验时,采集静脉血进行检验,其检验结果偏差较小,确保了结果稳定性与准确性。

Objective To analyze and explore the effects of venous blood and peripheral blood on the results of routine blood tests.Methods A total of 200 subjects underwent routine blood tests from October 2015 to October 2017 were randomly selected and divided into experimental and control groups,100 in each group.The venous blood test was performed in the experimental group,and the peripheral blood test was conducted in the control group.The test results of the two subjects under examination were observed and compared.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the examination results of red blood cells,white blood cells,hematocrit,platelets,and mean hematocrit(P<0.05).Conclusion When using the blood analyzer for routine blood tests,collecting venous blood for testing has a small deviation from the test results,which ensures the stability and accuracy of the results.
