甘氨双唑钠联合同期放化疗治疗食管癌的临床护理体会

Clinical nursing experience of sodium glycine sodium combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer

目的对食管癌患者给予甘氨双唑钠联合同期放化疗治疗的临床护理效果进行分析。方法本次研究选择60例食管癌患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予甘氨双唑钠联合同期放化疗治疗,同时给予有效的护理;对照组给予单纯的放疗治疗,实施常规护理,对其治疗效果、不良反应和生存时间进行分析。结果治疗后,较对照组相比,治疗组的治疗效果较好,不良反应较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后相比于对照组,治疗组的生存时间较长(P<0.05)。结论食管癌对患者影响较大,给予甘氨双唑钠联合同期放化疗治疗后其效果明显,不良反应较少,显著延长其生存时间,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of glycine diazolate combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy for patients with esophageal cancer.Methods This study selected 60 cases of esophageal cancer patients in the hospital were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with sodium glycididazole combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment,while giving effective nursing;the control group was given radiotherapy alone,the implementation of routine care,the treatment effect,adverse reaction and the survival time were analyzed.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the treatment group had better therapeutic effect and fewer adverse reactions,with a significant difference of(P<0.05).After treatment,the survival time of the treatment group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Esophageal cancer has a great impact on patients.The treatment with glyconazole and concurrent chemoradiotherapy is effective and less adverse reactions,which significantly prolongs the survival time.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
