甲强龙与桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊对鼓膜置管术疗效分析

Analysis of the curative effect of mejianglong and eucalyptus pinpinenteric-coated capsule on tympanic membrane tube insertion

目的探讨甲强龙与桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊对急性分泌性中耳炎鼓膜置管术后疗效分析。方法将解放军463医院2015年9月~2017年3月收治的急性分泌性中耳炎患者130例(168耳),按随机分配为对照组65例(80耳)和实验组65例(88耳),两组患者全麻下行鼓膜置管术,对照组治疗期间未行药物治疗,实验组采用桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊与甲强龙和利多卡因治疗,依据七项咽鼓管功能障碍症状评分量表(ETDQ-7)、电测听力检查,声阻抗检查评估疗效。结果实验组术前与术后3 d、1周治疗就患者主观疗效较对照组存在明显差异,术后2周、1个月、3个月就患者主观疗效较对照组比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后3 d、1周、2周、1个月和3个月对照组有效率分别为81.25%、85.00%、87.50%、92.50%、95.00%,实验组有效率分别为81.82%、88.64%、92.05%、95.45%、96.59%。实验组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲强龙联合桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊可以更快的改善症状,长期疗效有待进一步研究;甲强龙联合利多卡因对于急性分泌性中耳炎伴耳鸣的患者疗效尚佳,数据局限,有待进一步考察。

Objective To explore the method of methylprednisolone and Eucalyptus limonenepinene enteric capsule on acute secretory otitis media after curative effect analysis of tympanic membrane.Methods My hospital from September 2015 to March 2017 were acute secretory otitis media in 130 patients(168 ears),were randomly assigned to a control group of 65 cases(80 ears)and the experimental group of 65 cases(88 ears),two groups of patients undergoing tympanostomy tube surgery,drug treatment without during the treatment of the control group,the experimental group before surgery,postoperative 3 d oral Eucalyptus enteric capsules,0.3 d each time,half an hour before a meal,three times a day,intraoperative catheterization before the tympanic cavity slowly injected a strongDragon 40 mg(0.55 ml)+0.15 ml 2%lidocaine mixture,according to seven eustachian tube dysfunction symptom score scale(ETDQ-7),electric hearing tests,evaluation of acoustic impedance examination.Results The subjective curative effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 1 week before and 3 days after operation,but there was no significant difference between the two groups at 2 weeks,1 month and 3 months after operation.The effective rates of the control group were 81.25%,87.50%,92.50%and 95.00%.The effective rates of the control group were 81.25%,87.50%,92.50%and 95.00%,respectively,and the effective rates of the experimental group were 81.82%,88.64%and 92.05%,respectively.The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Methylprednisolone combined with EucalyptusThe enteric coated capsules can improve the symptoms more quickly.The long-term efficacy needs to be further studied.The efficacy of.combined with lidocaine in the treatment of patients with acute secretory otitis media with tinnitus is still good.
