中医药对帕金森病异动症治疗作用的系统评价

The therapeutic effect of TCM in patients with L-dopa-induced dyskinesia:a systematic review

目的对中医药缓解帕金森病异动症的有效性进行系统评价。方法通过计算机检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台、Pub Med、Elsevier、Springe、Cochrane Library数据库中关于中医药缓解帕金森病异动症的研究文献。文献检索时间均为建库至2018年2月23日。按纳入/排除标准对文献进行筛选,提取文献关键信息,采用Rev Man5.3软件进行meta分析。将数据纳入中医药缓解帕金森病异动症的随机对照试验,对照组为仅采用多巴胺类制剂治疗帕金森病,治疗组在多巴胺类基础治疗的基础上配合使用中药制剂。结果纳入5篇文献,共361例患者。治疗组患者经中医药治疗后统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)Ⅱ、UPDRSⅢ、UPDRSⅣ评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组临床有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医药能缓解帕金森病异动症症状,且能提高患者运动功能,改善患者生活质量。

Objective A systematic evaluation of the effectiveness of Chinese medicine in relieving Parkinson′s dis-ease dyskinesia.Methods The research literature on Chinese medicine to alleviate Parkinson′s disease dyskinesia was re-trieved by computer from China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,Weipu Information Chinese Journal Service Platform,PubMed,Elsevier,Springe and Cochrane Library databases.The literature search time was built un-til February 23,2018.The literature was screened according to the inclusion/exclusion criteria,key information of the litera-ture was extracted,and meta analysis was performed using Rev Man5.3 software.The data were included in the randomized controlled trial of Chinese medicine to alleviate Parkinson′s disease.In the control group,only Parkinson′s disease was treat-ed with dopamine preparations,and the treatment group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine preparations based on the basic treatment of dopamine.Results A total of 361 patients were included in 5 articles.The uniform Parkinson′s disease rating scale(UPDRS)Ⅱ,UPDRSⅢ,and UPDRSⅣscores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chi-nese medicine can alleviate the symptoms of Parkinson′s disease dyskinesia,and can improve the patient′s motor function and improve the quality of life of patients.
