四磨汤口服液对糖尿病大鼠膀胱功能影响研究

Simo decoction oral liquid to improve the observation of diabetic rats bladder function

目的:探讨四磨汤口服液改善糖尿病大鼠膀胱排尿障碍情况。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为健康对照组、糖尿病模型组和糖尿病模型四磨汤口服液治疗组,采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病大鼠模型建立,从行为学、尿动力学等方面对四磨汤口服液治疗效果进行评价。结果:糖尿病造模各组与健康对照组相比,在血糖、体重、饮水量、食量、尿量等指标上均有明显差异(P<0.05)。尿动力学方面,糖尿病模型四磨汤口服液治疗组16周排尿时间(2.94±0.252)s和膀胱顺应性(2.61±0.512)s/mmH_2O方面与糖尿病模型组相比排尿时(5.42±1.041)s、膀胱顺应性(5.75±0.94 1)s/mmH_2O有明显差异(P<0.05)。四磨汤治疗组在膀胱湿重(365.25±108.69 1)mg及残余尿量(0.79±0.141)ml也显著优于糖尿病模型组(442.30±141.471)mg、(1.00±0.161)ml。通过HE染色、Masson染色的观察,四磨汤药物治疗后可改善糖尿病膀胱的形态及逼尿肌纤维化的程度。结论:四磨汤口服液灌胃治疗对糖尿病膀胱有一定的治疗效果,其机制可能与其增强糖尿病大鼠的逼尿肌功能和适当改善膀胱的形态及逼尿肌纤维化的程度有关。

Objective:Discuss Simo decoction oral liquid to improve the curative effect of diabetic rats bladder voiding dysfunction.Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into healthy control group,diabetic model group and diabetes model Simo decoction oral liquid treatment group,using the abdominal cavity injection chain urea with cephalosporins induced diabetic rats model,from aspects of the behavior,urine dynamics for Simo decoction oral liquid to evaluate the treatment effect of oral liquid.Results:After diabetic model group compared with healthy controls,visible signs of diabetes,the blood sugar,weight,water consumption,intake and urine output on indicators have significant difference(P<0.05).Urine dynamics,diabetic model four grinding soup oral liquid treatment group 16 weeks urination(2.94±0.252)s and bladder compliance(2.61±0.512)s/H 2O compared with diabetic model group pass urine(5.42±1.041)s,bladder compliance in(5.75±0.941)s/mmH 2O had obvious difference(P<0.05).Residual urine were(0.79±0.141)ml,which was also significantly better than that of the diabetic model group,with the bladder wet weight(442.30±141.471)mg and residual urine of(1.00±0.161)ml.Through the observation of HE staining and Masson staining,the morphology of diabetic urinary bladder and the degree of myofibrosis could be improved after the treatment.Conclusions:Simo decoction oral liquid lavage treatment of diabetic bladder has certain therapeutic effect,its mechanism and possible enhancement of diabetic rats and in function of forced urinous muscle,improve the bladder morphology and the appropriate degree of detrusor fibrosis.
