益肝方治疗乙型肝炎相关性肝衰竭临床研究

Clinical effect study on the Yigan decoction in treating hepatitis B related liver failure

目的:探讨中药益肝方治疗乙型肝炎相关性肝衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选取50例患者,两组随机分为益肝方组和对照组,对照组单纯采用西医经典内科综合治疗方案(基础给药加个例区别)进行治疗,益肝方组在常规内科综合治疗的基础上采用我院中药益肝方进行治疗。结果:治疗6周后,益肝方组有效率80.0%,无不良反应。对照组有效率56.0%,有1例不良反应(P<0.05)。益肝方组的血清总胆红素、血氨、内毒素、凝血酶原时间、凝血酶原活动度水平下降显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药益肝方联合基础肝衰竭内科治疗,能有效减轻患者的毒副反应,显著提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine Yigan decoction in treating hepatitis B associated liver failure.Methods:50 patients with acute ascending pulpitis were enrolled in this study,which were treated with Yigan prescription and western medicine and internal medicine.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results:After 6 weeks of treatment,the Yigan prescription of patients were improved better than that of control group.The clinical curative effect evaluation shows that Yigan prescription treatment effect was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).The serum total bilirubin,blood ammonia,endotoxin,prothrombin time and prothrombin activity level decreased significantly in the treatment group than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of Yigan prescription has clinical significance in the diagnosis under this experimental conditions.
