磨削条结构改进及其性能研究

摘要 磨削条是磁力磨削系统中极其重要的部件,直接影响着工件磨削精度。针对实际加工中磨削条易磨损、寿命短的问题,从磨削条磨料选择、结合剂选择以及磨削条结构改进3个方面进行研究。通过实验首先确定新结构磨削条最优的加工行程,既保证磨削精度又减少磨削条的磨损,提高了其使用寿命;并进行新结构磨削条与原结构磨削条的对比实验,结果显示新结构磨削条不仅磨损量少,而且磨削精度也更高。 The grinding strip is a very important part in magnetic force grinding system,which directly affects the precision of workpiece grinding.In view of the problem of easy wear and short life of the grinding strip in the actual machining,the three aspects were studied from the choice of the grinding bar,the selection of the binder and the improvement of the grinding strip structure.The optimal machining process of the new structure grinding strip was determined by experiment.Not only the grinding accuracy was ensured,but also the wear of the grinding strip was reduced to improve the service life of the new structure.The comparison experiment between the new structure and the original structure was made.The results show that the new structure is not only less weared,but also has higher grinding precision.
