一种高精度直铣头结构设计及其温升形变检测

摘要 介绍一种高精度直铣头结构,采用两组4个角接触轴承,通过背对背的安装方式对主轴进行支撑,结构紧凑、布局合理、装配方便。通过温升及形变检测,证明此结构直铣头在长时间运转工况下具有合理的温升及较小形变,具有好的精度保持性。 A high precision vertical milling head structure was introduced.Two sets of four angular contact bearings were adopted and they were installed to support main shaft by means of back to back support.It had compact structure,rational layout,convenient assembly.By temperature rise and deformation tests,it is proved that the vertical milling head has reasonable temperature rise and small deformation under long time running condition.It has good accuracy retention.
