摘要 以中小型无人飞机为研究对象,对其刹车系统进行构型研究与设计,提出一套结构简单、可靠性高、完全独立的电传刹车系统。介绍该系统的工作原理及主要技术指标,阐述系统的关键技术并提出解决措施。针对该系统无防滑功能,特别对刹车系统的控制技术进行深入研究,提出分段控制策略,有效避免刹车过程出现打滑现象。通过开展CAE数字仿真计算、惯性台试验及地面滑行试验,验证了刹车系统设计的合理性。 Taking the small and medium aircraft as research object,the brake system was studied and designed.A new power-by-wire brake system with a simple structure and high reliability was proposed.The principle and main technical parameters of the brake system were introduced.The key technology was expounded,and the solutions were put forward.Because the system was anti-slip function,the control law of the brake system was deeply researched especially.Segmented pressure control method was proposed,so slipping phenomenon could be avoided effectively.Through numerical simulation calculation and ground sliding test,the design of the brake system was verified.
