摘要
针对某型公务机刹车系统失效故障现象,通过对该刹车系统进行原理和功能危险性分析,提出可能引起故障的原因;通过在飞机上进行试验分析得出故障原因有两条:其一为刹车系统内部串油,并分析该故障发生时刹车系统内部串油是由转换活门引起的,即在松刹时转换活门内部活塞两端压差导致活塞密封失效引起内部串油;其二是刹车油篓位置低导致刹车能力不足。针对此原因给出改进两条建议,最后提出改进方案并通过试验室试验和飞机滑行试验证明更改后系统的设计合理性。
Focused on the failure of the brake system of a business-jet,through principle analysis and function hazard analysis to the brake system,two reasons were demonstrated for the failure.One reason was the internal leakage caused by the seal failure of the shuttle valve.In another word,when the brake was released,the different pressure between two ends of the piston inside the shuttle valve lead to its seal failure,resulting in the internal leakage.The other reason was the insufficient braking pressure caused by the lowly-installed reservoir.Aiming at the two reasons,an improved brake system was made,which had passed the laboratory test and taxiing test.
