血清IL-17、超敏C反应蛋白与冠心病冠脉病变程度关系研究

The relationship between serum IL-17,high sensitivity C reactive protein and coronary artery disease

目的:探讨冠心病患者(CHD)血清白介素-17(IL-17)和超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化与冠心病的关系。方法:将152例冠心病患者按病情分为稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组72例,不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)组52例,急性心肌梗死(AMI)组28例,同时以冠脉造影正常者40例作为对照组。检测各组患者血清IL-17、hs-CRP的含量,评价其与冠心病的关系。结果:冠心病患者血清中IL-17、hs-CRP与冠心病患者的病情呈正相关,明显高于对照组(P<0.05),各组间差异均有统计学意义。结论:IL-17、CRP参与了冠心病的发生发展过程,并与冠脉病变的严重程度相关。

Objective:To observe the relationship between IL-17 and hs-CRP to the severity of coronary heart disease.Methods:According to the results of coronary angiography,152 cases of patients divide into 4 groups.72cases in SAP group,52 cases in UAP group,28 cases in AMI group,40 cases normal as the control group.To assay serum IL-17 and hs-CRP.Results:Serum IL-17 and hs-CRP levels in each group of CHD was significant differences(P<0.05)to the control group.Conclusion:Determine the surme IL-17 and hs-CRP play an important role in predicting prognosis and guiding treatment.
