成人骨骼肌减少症与骨质疏松症相关性调查研究

Correlation between sarcopenia and osteoporosis

目的:探讨成人肌肉减少症对骨质疏松症的影响,为骨质疏松性骨折诊疗工作以及骨骼肌减少症的预防工作提供参考。方法:在知情同意的情况下,选取锦州年龄范围20~70岁汉族成人作为研究对象,样本例数1682例。利用体成分仪、骨密度仪测定其四肢骨骼肌含量和骨强度,对成人骨骼肌减少症与骨质疏松症进行相关性研究。结果:女性群体中,少肌症是骨质流失的一个危险因素,少肌症人群发生骨质流失的情况是非少肌症人群的1.676倍。结论:肌肉减少症对女性骨质状况有一定影响,加强运动、增加身体肌肉含量对预防骨质疏松有重要作用。

Objectives:To investigate the effects of sarcopenia on osteoporosis,through the detection of skeletal muscle mass and bone status in the subjects.To provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporotic fracture and sarcopenia prevention.Methods:Under the condition of informed consent,1682 cases of Han nationality aged 20 to 70 years old in Jinzhou were selected.The content and bone strength of skeletal muscle in extremities were measured by body composition instrument and bone mineral density instrument,and the correlation between sarcopenia and osteoporosis was studied.Rusult:In females,skeletal muscle loss was a risk factor for bone loss(χ2=9.312,P=0.002),and skeletal muscle loss was 1.676 times greater in patients with non muscle weakness.Conclusion:Sarcopenia has certain influence on female bone strengthening exercise,increasing muscle content plays an important role in the prevention of osteoporosis.
