摘要
目前,国内没有对建筑垃圾填筑路基沉降监测的实例,传统路基沉降监测方法又主要以人工监测为主,监测精度干扰因素多,无法实现路基沉降全天候自动监测。因此,笔者研发基于传感器、电子控制及GPRS无线网络通信等技术的自动化沉降监测系统,阐述系统的测量原理、组成结构及技术指标等,并在西咸北环线高速公路进行现场试验。结果表明,该自动化沉降监测系统测量精度高,对建筑垃圾填筑路基有较好的适用性,能够实现沉降数据的长期、自动和远程监测。
Aiming at the current domestic without the example of monitoring the building rubbish filling subgrade.At the same time,the traditional subgrade settlement monitoring methods were mainly based on manual monitoring,which with many interference factors in monitoring accuracy and can not realize automatic monitoring of subgrade settlement all-weather.An automatic settlement monitoring system were proposed by this paper,which based on sensors,electronic control,and GPRS wireless network communication technologies,including the measurement principle,composition structure and technical indicators of the system.The system were also tested in the North Loop from Xi’an to Xian Yang.The result shows that the automatic settlement monitoring system has high measurement accuracy,good applicability to the building rubbish filling subgrade,and can realize long-term,automatic and remote monitoring of settlement data.
