仓库管理作为物资管理工作的一个重要组成部分,是企业管理的重点工作之一。目前,某企业的物料库存管理主要以手工和EXCEL方式记录物料的相关数据为主,不能实时准确了解仓库中物料的进出情况和盘点物料,此外,物料管理还存在需要特殊记录的流程和物资来源。随着电子化的物料存储管理系统逐步成为仓库管理中的主流,笔者针对该供水公司物料管理过程中存在的问题和特殊流程,在需求分析、系统分析与系统设计之后,完成了系统的编写。

As an important part of material management,warehouse management is one of the key tasks of enterprise management.At present,the material management of the enterprise is mainly based on recording the relevant data of materials by hand and EXCEL.It is impossible to accurately understand the entry and exit and inventory of materials in the warehouse in real time.With the electronic material storage management system gradually becoming the mainstream of warehouse management,this system aims to solve the material management process problems and special processes of the water supply company.After the process of demand analysis,system analysis and system design,the system has been finished.
