Research on Risk Assessment and Control of Agricultural Products Supply Chain under the Internet of Things Environment

物联网的高速发展,使得传统农业也受益匪浅。在农产品供应链中发挥物联网技术高度信息化集成的优点,弥补传统线下农产品供应链信息缺乏、门店分散以及销售渠道单一、销量少等缺陷,促进现代化农业的转型。笔者通过当前农产品供给利用物联网的现状,分析潜在的各种风险,并探索供应链的风险评估和控制的策略。

With the rapid development of the Internet of things,the traditional agriculture has benefited a lot.In the supply chain of agricultural products,the advantages of the high information integration of the Internet of things technology can be utilized,to make up for the deficiencies of the traditional agricultural products’supply chain,including the decentralization of the stores,the single sales channel and the small sales volume,and thus promote the transformation of modern agriculture.This paper based on the current status of agricultural products supply and utilization of the Internet of things,analyzes the potential risks,and explores the strategies of supply chain risk assessment and risk control.
