辽宁省二、三级公立医院医疗设备运行情况分析

Secondary and tertiary public hospitals medical equipment running status analysis in Liaoning province

目的:了解辽宁省二、三级公立医院医疗设备运行情况,为医院充分发挥设备自身功能及提高设备配置效率提供参考依据。方法:随机抽取辽宁省30所二、三级公立医院,对10万元以上医疗设备运行情况进行调查分析。结果:辽宁省二、三级公立医院进口设备占比大,进口及价格较高设备在诸多方面无显著优势;设备使用不足与超期使用现象并存,超期使用情况更为严重,且对设备日常维护缺乏重视。结论:合理配置设备资源,建立健全设备日常维护与保养制度;鼓励使用国产设备及价格合理设备,提高国产设备综合竞争力。

Objectives:To understand secondary and tertiary hospital equipment running situation of Liaoning province and to give references on full playing medical equipment function and improving medical equipment allocation efficiency.Methods:30 secondary and tertiary public hospitals in Liaoning province were randomly selected to receive an investigation about running status of 100 thousand and above medical equipment.Results:The equipment of the second and tertiary hospitals in Liaoning province has a large proportion of imported equipment,and the imported and expensive equipment has no significant advantage in many aspects.The use of equipment in the province is not enough and the overuse is coexisted and overuse is more obvious.Equipment maintenance has not been paid enough attentions.Conclusions:It is considered that rational allocate medical equipment resources,construct equipment daily maintenance system and encourage use medical equipment made in China to improve Chinese medical equipment’s competition.
