手术核查对术后医院获得性问题的影响分析

Effect of surgical safety checklist on hospital acquired conditions

目的:探讨规范应用结构化手术安全核查表对术后医院获得性问题的影响,寻找提高手术质量的持续改进方法。方法:对样本医院2013-2014年21 674例手术患者病历资料进行回顾性分析,采用χ~2检验和pearson相关性分析分析两组数据。结果:两组手术核查执行率、术后医院获得性问题发生率存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。其中观察组术后出血或血肿、手术相关感染、术后呼吸道并发症均显著减少(P<0.05),吻合口瘘/梗阻差异无显著统计学意义(P>0.05)。手术核查执行率越高,非计划再次手术发生率越低(P<0.05)。结论:规范手术核查能够有效降低术后医院获得性问题。

Objective:To explore the effect of surgical safety checklist on hospital acquired conditions so as to improve the quality of operation.Methods:The clinical data of 21674 patients with operation were divided into 2 groups and retrospectively analyzed in a hospital from 2013 to 2014 with 2 test and Pearson correlation analysis.Results:There were significantly differences of the rate of surgical safety check and hospital acquired conditions between the different groups(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative bleeding or hematoma,infection and postoperative respiratory complications in 2014 were significantly lower than those in 2013(P<0.05).There were no significantly differences of anastomotic fistula and anastomotic obstruction between the two gropes(P>0.05).The rate of surgical safety check were negatively correlated with unplanned reoperation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of surgical safety checklist for the patient’s can reduce the hospital acquired conditions.
