摘要
以战略人力资源管理模式S-O-4P为视角,从战略、组织、岗位、绩效、薪酬和人才素质角度,分析了研究型人才管理中存在的问题,提出树立研究型人才发展战略理念、改良直线型组织结构模式、加强研究岗位配置、完善绩效考核和薪酬分配制度,创新研究型人才培养的机制建设,激励研究型人才奋发进取,推动医院向高层次形态发展。
Based on strategy human resources S-O-4P model,problems on research human resources management have been analyzed in aspects of strategy,organization,post,performance,compensation and quality.Suggestions on motivating research talent and promoting hospital sustainable development such as establishing research human resources strategy concept,improving organization structure,adding research posts,completing performance assessment and compensation distribution system,innovating human resources training mechanism have been presented.
