24例无明显医疗过错产科医疗纠纷案件医患沟通因素研究

Discussion on the influence of doctor-patient communication factor on no obvious fault medical dispute in department of obstetrics

产科属于医疗纠纷高发科室之一。产科疾病往往病情变化快,尤其是分娩过程中出现的一些并发症,如脐带脱垂、子宫破裂、羊水栓塞、产后出血等,一般均在瞬间发生,且会对母婴产生严重危害,极易造成医患纠纷甚至患方暴力维权。通过对某医院24例无明显医疗过错但存在沟通缺陷的产科医疗纠纷案件进行分析,找出产科医患沟通缺陷的相关因素;并对如何提高产科医患沟通质量,从根本上防范医疗纠纷的发生提供可行性建议。

Obstetrics is one of the high incidence of medical disputes department.The upcropping complication such as omphaloproptosis,metrorrhexis,amniotic fluid embolism and postpartum hemorrhage brings serious hazard for mater and child and high risk of medical dispute which causes patient violence safeguarding.Based on 24 cases of no obvious medical fault but with defect in communication medical disputes in obstetrics in Beijing Jishuitan hospital,influence factors making doctor patient communication faults have been found out.Suggestions focus on improving doctor patient communication quality and preventing medical dispute in obstetrics have also presented.
