摘要
岗位评价是确定岗位相对价值、保障内部薪酬分配合理性的重要工作。厦门市儿童医院通过梳理行政后勤管理岗位,运用简化的英国国民卫生服务体系岗位评价模型,评价医院行政后勤管理岗位的相对价值,并把岗位评价结果与行政后勤人员的绩效分配挂钩,有效保障了行政后勤管理人员薪酬分配的相对合理性,提高了行政后勤管理人员的工作积极性。
Job assessment is an important method on appraising relative value of the position and assuring the rationality of internal compensation distribution.Based on the post assessment model applying by NHS(National Health Service)and according to the situation of administration and logistic post in Xiamen Children's Hospital,the relative value of post has been assessed and results have been used in compensation distribution,which have effectively assured the rationality of administrator and logistic staff’s compensation distribution and improved their motivation.
