摘要
目的评价临床护理实习生(以下简称临床护生)灾害护理培训效果,为今后的灾害护理培训和教育提供借鉴。方法通过微信平台向成都市第二人民医院招募自愿参与本次培训的临床护生31名,对其进行灾害护理备灾培训,分别在培训前(T0)、培训结束后当天(T1)、培训结束1个月后(T2)完成资料的收集。研究工具《临床护生灾害知、行、信问卷》由研究组成员参考相关文献共同讨论制成,得到7位具有灾害背景的护理专家的函信反馈,专家内容效度0.96,重测信度0.80。结果(1)三个测评时间点中,T1知识及行为各部分答题正确率最高。知识和行为条目平均得分在三个测评时间点比较,差异具有统计学意义。进一步两两比较,T1和T2知识及行为条目平均得分均高于T0;T1知识条目平均得分均高于T2,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)在是否愿意参与救援任务态度方面,临床护生培训前后平均得分比较,差异具有统计学意义。进一步两两比较,T1在条目4.2.1检伤分类和4.3.2准备备灾包平均得分高于T0;T1在条目4.3.2准备备灾包平均得分高于T2,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论灾害护理短期培训可提高临床护生的灾害知识水平和行为能力,效果可持续。
Objective The objective of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of disaster nursing preparedness training program for clinical nursing interns,so as to provide references for future disaster nursing preparedness training and education.Methods A total of 31 clinical nursing interns who volunteered to participate in this training were recruited from the Second People's Hospital of Chengdu through WeChat platform,and evaluated during the disaster nursing training.The data were collected before training(T0),on the day after training(T1),and one month following the end of training(T2).A questionnaire on knowledgeattitude-behavior toward disaster of clinical nurse was developed by the study group based on the literature review and feedbacks from 7 nursing experts:its test-retest reliability was found to be 0.96 and content validity was 0.80.Results(1)T1 scored the highest in terms of knowledge and behavior in the three evaluation time points.The difference in average score of knowledge and behavior items was statistically significant between the three evaluation time points.Pairwise comparison showed that the average scores of knowledge and behavior items in T1 and T2 were higher than those in T0;the average scores of T1 knowledge items were higher than those of T2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The average scores of clinical nursing interns before and after training were statistically significantly different with regard to the attitude toward participating in a rescue mission.By pairwise comparison,the average scores of triage and preparedness package preparation in T1 were higher than those in T0;T1 was higher than T2 in preparedness package preparation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions disaster preparedness training can improve clinical nursing students'knowledge and behavior,whose effect can be sustainable.
