东京都市圈及大湾区发展借鉴——对环杭州湾大湾区的启示

The Development of Tokyo Metropolitan Area and the Great Bay Area for Reference-Enlightenment to the Great Bay Area Around Hangzhou Bay

本文将湾区置于都市圈的宏观背景下,通过对东京都市圈与上海都市圈在人口、经济和交通三方面的对比,发现环杭州湾大湾区建设存在的问题并分析原因。在总结东京大湾区的发展经验基础上,结合环杭州湾大湾区自身特点,对其未来发展提出规划建议。

The bay area is placed in the macro context of the metropolitan area in this paper.By comparing the three aspects of population,economy and transportation between Tokyo metropolitan area and Shanghai metropolitan area,the problems existing in the construction of Hangzhou Bay area are found and the reasons are analyzed.On the basis of summarizing the development experience of Tokyo Bay,and combining with the characteristics of the Great Bay area around Hangzhou Bay,this paper puts forward the planning suggestions for its future development.
