预防性护理在减少妇科腹腔镜手术并发症中作用的研究

Study on the role of preventive nursing in reducing complications of gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的分析预防性护理在减少妇科腹腔镜手术并发症中所发挥的作用。方法选择我院在2016年4月~2017年9月进行妇科腹腔镜手术治疗患者90例进行护理分析,随机将患者分为研究组和对照组各45例,研究组给予预防性护理,对照组进行常规护理,对比两组患者术后并发症的例数。结果研究组患者术后出现4例并发症,对照组出现17例并发症,研究组安全性好,组间数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用预防性护理能够显著减少妇科腹腔镜手术出现的并发症,促进疾病早日恢复健康,确保治疗安全,临床护理价值高。

Objective To analyze the role of preventive care in reducing complications of gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods In April 2016 to September 2017,90 patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery treatment on nursing analysis of patients randomly divided into research group and the control group(n=45),the team give preventive care,control group routine care,compared two groups of cases of patients with postoperative complications.Results There were 4 postoperative complications in the study group and 17 complications in the control group.The study group had good safety and the data between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive nursing can significantly reduce complications of gynecological l
