心理护理对妇科肿瘤患者术后心理状态的影响

Effect of psychological nursing on psychological state of gynecologic cancer patients after operation

目的分析心理护理对妇科肿瘤术后患者心理状态所产生的影响。方法选取2016年3月~2017年9月在我院诊治的妇科肿瘤术治疗患者66例作为研究对象,随机将其分为研究组和对照组,各33例,研究组患者给予心理护理,对照组患者给予常规护理,对比两组患者术后的心理状态。结果研究组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理能够改善妇科肿瘤术后患者的心理状态,缓解焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,提升临床康复效果,值得推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on postoperative psychological status of patients with gynecological tumors.Methods Our hospital in March 2016 to September 2017 for the treatment of gynecologic tumor patients 66 cases treated by research analysis,patients randomly divided into research group and the control group(n=33),=group patients were given psychological care,control group with routine nursing care,compared two groups of patients with postoperative mental state.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the data comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can improve the psychological state of patients with gynecological tumors after surgery,relieve anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions,and improve the clinical rehabilitation effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.
