无痛分娩技术在产科临床中的应用效果研究

Study on the effect of painless labor in obstetrics clinic

目的对无痛分娩技术在产科中的临床应用效果进行分析。方法先入院治疗的48例患者在临床治疗中采用的是常规分娩治疗方法为对照组,后入院治疗的48例患者在临床治疗中采用的是无痛分娩技术进行治疗为观察组,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者在临床治疗完成之后,其镇痛有效率达到了95.8%,远高于对照组患者的66.7%,且两组患者间的数据差异满足统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对于无痛分娩技术,其在产科中的应用能够有效降低产妇的疼痛情况,缩短患者临床治疗中的产程时间,对患者的临床治疗具有较好的效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of painless labor in obstetrics.Methods 48 patients who were hospitalized first were used in the clinical treatment as the control group,and the 48 patients after the hospitalization were treated with painless labor technology as the observation group,and compared the clinical treatment effect of the two groups.Results After the completion of clinical treatment,the analgesic efficiency of the patients in the observation group reached 95.8%,far higher than that of the control group of 66.7%,and the difference of data between the two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion For painless delivery technology,its application in obstetrics can effectively reduce the pain of women,shorten the duration of the clinical treatment of the patients,and have a good effect on the clinical treatment of the patients.
