穴位埋线结合中药内服治疗痛风性关节炎的疗效

目的:评价穴位埋线结合中药内服治疗痛风性关节炎的效果,为痛风性关节炎治疗提供参考。方法:选择我院2016年3月-2017年8月中医科门诊就诊86例痛风性关节炎患者,以随机方法分为双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗的对照组、穴位埋线结合中药内服的观察组,对比两组痛风性关节炎患者的治疗效果、治疗前后相关指标变化、用药后不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组对比对照组、本组治疗前,关节肿胀疼痛评分以及血尿酸、C-反应蛋白水平3项指标差异明显,P<0.05。组间治疗总有效率对比,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。组间药物不良反应发生率对比,对照组不良反应发生率高于观察组,P<0.05。结论:对比双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊,穴位埋线结合中药内服治疗痛风性关节炎安全性好、效果显著,临床症状改善明显,具有应用价值。

objective:to evaluate the effect of acupoint buried line combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gout arthritis,providing reference for the treatment of gout arthritis.Methods:our hospital in March 2016-August 2017 regions clinic on 86 cases of patients with gouty arthritis,in a random way is divided into diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules treatment of the control group,the acupuncture point bury line combination of traditional Chinese medicine internal and observation group,compared two groups of gouty arthritis patients,change the related indexes before and after treatment,the effect of drug adverse reaction.Results:after treatment,the observation group was compared with the control group and the group before treatment,and the pain score of joint swelling and the level of serum uric acid and c-reactive protein were significantly different,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the observation group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the group was compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the observation group,P<0.05.Conclusion:compared with diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsule,acupoint buried line combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of gouty arthritis is safe and effective,the clinical symptoms are improved obviously,and it has application value.
