喘可治注射液联合噻托溴铵吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺病临床研究

目的观察喘可治注射液肌肉注射联合噻托溴铵干粉剂吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的临床疗效。方法180例AECOPD患者随机分为3组,每组60例,均给予常规治疗。喘可治注射液(2ml肌肉注射,2次/日)组、噻托溴铵组(吸入,1次/日)及喘可治联合噻托溴铵组,疗程为2周。比较第1、8及15天临床症状、肺功能及血气指标变化。结果治疗第8天时,联合组患者临床症状得分明显低于其他两组(P<0.05),呼气峰流速值(PEF)及第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)明显高于其他两组(P<0.05),二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)明显低于其他两组(P<0.05);疗程结束即第15天时,三组之间上述指标无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论喘可治注射液肌肉注射联合噻托溴铵吸入治疗能尽快改善AECOPD患者的肺功能和血气指标,尽早缓解临床症状,可缩短住院时间和减少住院费用。

Objective:To observe the effects of Chuankezhi intramuscular injection(i.m)combination with tiotropium bromide powder in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:180 cases of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)from 2014 July to 2016 October in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups,Chuankezhi group(i.m),tiotropium bromide powder inhalation group,and Chuankezhi(i.m)plus tiotropium bromide powder inhalation group,60 cases in each group.All these patients were treated with routine therapy for two weeks.The clinical symptoms,pulmonary function and arterial blood gas indexes were analyzed in these different groups.Results:On day 8,the scores of clinical symptoms in Chuankezhi(i.m)combination with tiotropium bromide powder group were significantly lower,the value of PEF and FEV1 was higher whereas the value of PaCO2 were lower than other groups(P<0.05).All indexes were not significant among these groups on day 15(P>0.05).Conclusions:Chuankezhi(i.m)combination with tiotropium bromide powder inhalation can significantly improve life quality and pulmonary function and shorten hospitalization time of AECOPD patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
