QCC在降低维持性血液透析患者跌倒发生率中的应用

目的探讨QCC在降低维持性血液透析患者跌倒发生率中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈,以降低维持性血液透析患者跌倒发生率为主题,进行现状调查,要因分析,制定对策并予以实施。结果品管圈活动后,血液透析患者跌倒发生率3.53%降低至1.19%,Ⅲ级以上伤害发生率由72.7%降至33.3%。结论将QCC活动运用于维持性血液透析患者的跌倒管理,能有效降低其跌倒发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of QCC in reducing the incidence of fall in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods The establishment of quality cont rol circle,in order to reduce the incidence of hemodialysis patients with falling incidence of the theme,the status quo survey,due to analysis,formulate countermeasures and be im plemented.Results After QC activities,the incidence of falls in hemodialysis patients decreased from 3.53%to 1.19%,and the incidence of injuries above gradeⅢdecreased fro m 72.7%to 33.3%.Conclusions QCC activity is applied to the management of fall in maintenance hemodialysis patients,which can effectively reduce the incidence of falls.
