舒适护理对老年精神病患者的护理措施及效果研究

目的:研究舒适护理对老年精神病患者的护理措施以及护理作用。方法:以随机数字表法的方式将本次研究对象均分成研究组和参照组,总计80例,每组各40例,所有研究对象均来自2015年12月-2016年12月期间在我院进行治疗的老年精神病患者。参照组患者采用基础护理,研究组在参照组的基础上加用舒适护理,对比两组患者治疗期间临床各项效果情况。结果:研究组患者的护理效果与参照组相比具有明显优势,其症状缓解时间以及住院时间均短于参照组,并且其患者体力适应能力、社会适应能力、情绪控制能力和症状控制能力均明显优于参照组,各项组内数据对比差异均显示为P<0.05,存在统计学意义。结论:舒适护理能够有效的提高老年精神病患者的治疗疗效以及护理效果,有效的缩短了患者的症状缓解时间以及住院时间,同时对患者的生活质量也有积极的作用,临床效果较为显著,值得推广应用。

Objective:To discuss the effect study of comfortable nursing to senile insanity patients.Methods:Choosed 80 cases of senile insanity patients from Dec.2015 to Dec.2016 to divide into study group and controlled goup.The controlled group were treated with routine nursing,the study group were treated with comfortable nursing.Compared the clinical effect of these two groups.Results:The effect of study group was better than controlled group.And symptom relief time and in-hospital time of study group were shorter than controleld group.And the results of physical fitness,social adaptability,emotional control and symptom control of study group were better than controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using comfortable nursing to senile insanity patients can short in-hospital time and life quality to extend in clinic.
