人文关怀护理在减轻鼻咽癌患者放疗中口腔黏膜炎的作用

目的研究人文关怀护理对鼻咽癌放射治疗致口腔黏膜炎的影响。方法将130例鼻咽癌放射治疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组各65例,两组患者均行放疗常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用人文关怀护理模式,比较两组患者口腔自我管理依从性和不同放疗时段口腔黏膜的变化。结果观察组患者口腔自我管理依从性显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在放疗剂量0~20GY两组患者放射性口腔黏膜炎反应情况,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。22~38GY、40~74GY观察组患者放射性口腔黏膜炎发生时间较对照组延迟,口腔黏膜炎程度较对照组轻,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀对提高鼻咽癌放射治疗患者口腔自我管理依从性和预防口腔黏膜炎的发生具有积极的促进作用。

objective To research the effect of humanistic care nursing in alleviating oral mucositis of patients with nasopharygeal carcinoma(NPC)during radiotherapy.Method 130 NPC patients receiving radiotherapy we re randomly divided into observation and control group,each group has 65 cases.Conventional nursing measures were adopted to both two groups,and humanistic care nursing was taking in the observation group on basis of that.Thus,to compare the compliance of oral cavity self-management and the changes of mouth mucosa at differenttimes of radiotherapy between them.Consequence The observational group obviously had a better compliance of mouth cavity selfmanagement than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);Within radiotherapy dose 0~20GY,the difference of the two groups’radiotherapy induced mucosal reaction in patients had no statistics significance(p>0.05).However,when the dose raised to 22~38GY and 40~74GY,the occurrence time of the radiative oral mucositis delayed in observational group which symptom was milder than the control group.And the difference of it was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion humanistic care nursing has an auxo-action in promoting the compliance of mouth cavity self-management,preventing the incidence of oral mucositis for npc patients who receiving radiotherapy.It deserves to be generalized on clinic application.
